Recently, Weichai heavy machinery successfully passed the ISO9001 performed by British Standard Management System Certification (Beijing) center audit expert group for three days: 2015 version of the quality management system on-site audit.
During the review, the audit expert group conducted a comprehensive review on Weichai heavy machinery's product design, production process identification, on-site management, key process control, product quality stability, product service system perfection, customer satisfaction and other aspects. The audit expert group agreed that Weichai heavy machinery's quality management system ran in good condition, and company's management attached great importance to the quality of product and quality system construction, and the quality awareness was increasing. At the same time, some activities were developed as planned such as internal audit and management system review, which contributed to keeping a good self improvement and promotion mechanism. Quality system met the requirements of assessment teams and had effective operation. ISO9001 passed :2015 quality management system audit site.
It was understood that, since the official release of the ISO9001:2015 standard in September 2015, Weichai heavy machinery immediately organized personnel for independent learning, and in July 2016 some external trainers were invited to the company in order to develop the centralized training of the ISO9001:2015 standard for the cadres and technical quality personnel, and then every department organized the 2015 standard learning activities. Since August 2016, Weichai heavy machinery has been engaged in the revision work of ISO9001:2015 quality management system. 28 quality manuals and procedural documents were newly compiled and improved, and the publicity and implementation training of the revised procedural documents were developed for quality management personnel of each department. In the first quarter of this year, Weichai heavy aircraft has conducted the system audit and management review of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, which further improved the effectiveness of the company's ISO9001:2015 quality management system and escorted the quality of Weichai heavy aircraft products.
