Recently, the fourth National Machinery Industry Factory Team Leader Management Skills Competition "Red Flag Cup" came to a perfect end. Weichai employees returned home with full success and won the grand prize, the first, second and third prizes of this competition. Among them, Wang Shaopeng won the grand prize, Zhang Bo, Han Yue, Yuan Bingbing, Zhou Xichao, Lu Yifan, Ma Yongliang won the first prize, Zhang Panpan, Huang Haisheng, Liu Ying, Liu Chunkui, Zhang Wenlong, Xie Haiqing, Han Jiehua, Liu Yue, Xia Fuming won the second prize, and the remaining 81 employees won the third prize and the excellence award. At the same time, Weichai Group won the Excellent Organization Award.

The National Machinery Industry Factory Team Leader Management Skills Competition is a national industry competition sponsored by the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association, which has been recorded in the industrial history by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The competition covers more than 110 jobs in 14 categories and 33 sub-industries in the machinery industry such as automobile manufacturing, weapons industry and mechanical engineering. It attracted more than 1,000 enterprises and nearly 60,000 players from all over the country. After the fierce competition of the preliminary round, the semi-final and the final, 245 players were selected from the 7 major regions of the country to enter the finals.
As a leading enterprise in the industry, Weichai has participated in the competition for four consecutive times and achieved excellent results, and the number of winners and the overall winning rate have achieved new breakthroughs.
