The enterprise recruits contractors for authorized maintenance service centers across China. Compliance with qualification requirements, solid capability and integrity in operation serve as the foundation for cooperation. Specific requirements are as follows:

The contractor shall be an independent legal entity, in principle a general taxpayer (subject to approval for special cases). Service stations can only be established at the business registration address, and all submitted documents must be authentic and valid. The contractor shall hold maintenance qualifications or motor vehicle maintenance filing certificate. Those without qualifications may complete filing upon special approval.

The contractor shall pay reserve funds and service security deposits according to the station type, and purchase designated equipment such as intelligent diagnostic tools and sensor testers. The security deposit shall be transferred to the designated account with the project noted in the remittance remark.

The contractor is required to submit a station establishment application, legal representative's ID card, business license, on-site photos of the enterprise, credit report, OEM service agreement and other documents, provide complete enterprise information as well as information of key personnel including station manager and assessor, and sign an operation commitment letter.

After approval, brand image construction, equipment procurement and deposit payment, both parties will sign the agreement and activate official service access rights.

1	Maintenance Qualification Certificate Copies and scanned version	Valid business license which shall contain words such as "maintenance" or "repair"; or Motor Vehicle Maintenance Operation Filing Document, Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Technical Qualification Certificate or Road Transport Permit issued by local competent transportation authorities. The information shall be consistent with the application and data uploaded to the service system, and the certificates shall remain valid.
2	Bank Account Opening License or Basic Deposit Account Information	1. Original color photos with clear contents; information shall be consistent with the application and data uploaded to the service system.
3	Remittance of Reserve Funds & Service Security Deposit; Purchase of Testing Equipment (Intelligent Diagnostic Tool, Urea Pump Cleaning Equipment, Sensor Testing Equipment)	1. The authorized maintenance service center shall provide a reserve fund of RMB 50,000 and a service security deposit of RMB 10,000. 2. Authorized maintenance service centers for light-duty vehicles and off-road products: reserve fund RMB 20,000, service security deposit RMB 10,000. 3. Exclusive authorized maintenance service centers for agricultural equipment, forklifts, excavators, buses, power generation single units, industrial power and generator sets: reserve fund RMB 10,000, service security deposit RMB 10,000. 4. Supporting documents for reserve fund: invoice or receipt with official seal issued by the central warehouse, or bank transfer slip of the station builder sealed by the central warehouse. 5. Supporting documents for security deposit: bank transfer slip of the station builder affixed with the enterprise official seal. 6. Remittance information for security deposit: a. Account Name: Weichai Power Co., Ltd.; b. Full Name of Bank: Bank of China, Weifang Branch; c. Account No.: 222102187209; d. Remittance Remark: Service Security Deposit for New Authorized Maintenance Service Station Project. 7. The testing equipment may be purchased and deposits may be remitted after approval. The station construction agreement will be issued after the completion of Weichai brand image setup, equipment procurement and security deposit verification. Service access rights will be activated upon agreement signature.
4	Station Establishment Application and Enterprise Profile	1. The application and profile shall reflect the enterprise’s operating status and internal capacity. 2. Photos shall bear the legal representative’s signature and official seal with clear stamp impression.
5	Legal Representative’s ID Card	1. Color ID photo with clear contents.
6	Business License and General Taxpayer Certificate	1. Original color photos with clear contents. 2. Enterprises without general taxpayer qualification are not eligible for station establishment.
7	Enterprise Photos	1. Photos include enterprise gate, reception room (interior & exterior), maintenance workshop (interior & exterior), spare parts warehouse (interior & exterior), maintenance equipment, service bays and service vehicles (vehicle license shall belong to the applicant enterprise or individual). 2. Original color photos with clear contents. 3. Photos shall demonstrate the applicant’s operation status and strength. OEM-recommended service stations shall display relevant OEM branding.
8	Enterprise Credit Report (New companies may submit the legal representative’s personal credit report)	If the credit report shows overdue payments, bad debts, compulsory enforcement or other negative records indicating poor credit, the station builder will undergo further assessment.
9	OEM Service Agreement	The OEM service agreement shall bear official seals of both parties and remain valid.
10	Station Builder Information and Key Personnel Information	1. Enterprise information: enterprise name, unified social credit code, legal representative, legal representative’s phone number, bank account, bank name, bank location, bank clearing code, registered address on business license, factory area, warehouse area, workshop area, work order phone, office phone, mobile phone, 24-hour on-call phone, email and factory site address. 2. Personnel information: station manager, assessor, finance manager, spare parts manager, maintenance technician, service staff, information clerk and legal representative. For the above personnel, provide full name, contact number, portrait photo and ID photo.
11	Operation Commitment Letter for Authorized Maintenance Service Center	Scanned copy with official seal and legal representative’s signature; color photo with clear content.
